WA23 commercial rice cooker is able to cook 55 cups dry rice(10L ) for max 50 people once .Easily press the cooking switch down to start cooking. Wait about 35-45 minutes to transfer to keep warm mode.
All the plastic parts,metal parts,and electrical components are solid and robust for commercial heavy duty use.
Totally 6 sizes are available for this range: 3.6L,4.2L,5.6L,6.6L,8.5L,10L.
A stainless steel steamer can be added for all sizes.
With the large size capacity to cook bulky rice once, it cooks 20% faster than home models, saving time/energy.
Heavy-Duty Construction (Built for Commercial Kitchens) : The lid is made of stainless steel ,and body is made of iron with color printing to prevent rusty problem. The thickened (2.0–2.5mm) Aluminum inner pot is warp-resistant under high heat.
A Food-grade non-stick coating in the inner pot is optional to prevent burning/sticking; easy to clean (no scrubbing).
Mechanical one-touch control : Cook/Keep Warm modes; it is easy to operate without complex electronics (low failure rate).
Thermal fuse protection: Prevents overheating; safe for all-day use.
Cool-touch side handles: Safe lifting even when hot.

▎Product Operate Guide
Insert plug into power source,the light illuminates.
Open the lid by gripping the lid handle.
Put desired amount of cleaned raw rice and cold water into the rice pot.
Raw rice and water proportion is advised to be 1:1.2 .It varies depending on the type of rice you cook.
Close the lid .
Press down the switch to start cooking ，now the "COOK" light illuminates
Rice is ready to serve when switching to warming mode (warming light illuminates).
After about 35-45 minutes,the rice cooker switches to "WARM" mode.
Open the lid and stir up the rice and consume.
