WEY-A13 horeca rice cooker is able to cook 28 cups dry rice(5.6L ) for max 25 people once .Simply press the cooking switch down to start cooking. This range comes in a unique "Steam"function with 15 mins further steaming time for more fluffy and tasty rice.
All the plastic parts,metal parts,and electrical components are solid and robust for commercial heavy duty use.
Totally 6 sizes are available for this range: 3.6L,4.2L,5.6L,6.6L,8.5L,10L.
A stainless steel steamer can be added for all sizes.
Classic drum-shaped body design, optimizes internal hot air circulation for uniform rice cooking.

▎Product Operate Guide
Insert plug into power source,the light illuminates.
Open the lid by gripping the lid handle.
Put desired amount of cleaned raw rice and cold water into the rice pot.
Raw rice and water proportion is advised to be 1:1.2 .It varies depending on the type of rice you cook.
Close the lid .
Press down the switch to start cooking ，now the "COOK" light illuminates
Rice is ready to serve when switching to warming mode (warming light illuminates).
After about 35-45 minutes,the rice cooker switches to "WARM" mode.
Open the lid and stir up the rice and consume.
